  1. 01

    Know Your Timing Before You Announce

    Look at your pending contracts, your current cap status, and your association billing dates. That decides your switch date.

    • ·Pending deals usually close at your current brokerage. Confirm in writing who is paid on what.
    • ·Check your cap and any fees owed on the way out so nothing surprises you.
    • ·Your anniversary year at eXp starts the day your license attaches, so a clean first-of-month switch is easiest.
  2. 02

    Submit the eXp Application

    Same application as a new agent, just faster. You already have a license number and MLS ID.

  3. 03

    Give Notice and Transfer Your License in LLR

    Notify your current broker-in-charge, then move your license to eXp with Summer Remmert as BIC through LLR eServices.

    • ·Your outgoing BIC releases you; eXp then associates the license.
    • ·Nothing downstream moves until LLR shows eXp Realty.
  4. 04

    Update GGAR and Your MLS Record

    You are already a member. This is a brokerage change, not a new application. Email Leah once LLR shows eXp.

    • ·Send your name, license number, effective transfer date, and that you are moving to eXp Realty (office 18022).
    • ·Confirm your Supra eKEY and MLS login stay active through the change.
    • ·Have your active and pending listings reassigned per your old brokerage's policy.

    Rebuild Your Stack Inside eXp

    Set up the tools, then move your database over so your pipeline does not go cold. Every login is on the Resources page.

    • ·eXp Enterprise for transactions, commissions, and your profile.
    • ·Import your CRM contacts into kvCORE and rebuild your active follow-up campaigns.
    • ·Update marketing, signs, business cards, and every profile (Zillow, Google, socials) to eXp Realty.
    • ·eXp World / Workplace for classes, help desk, and community.

The One Spot That Trips Everyone Up

The application asks for two different sets of banking information: the account where your commissions and payments get deposited, and the bank or card used for your dues and fees. They are two different fields and they are not interchangeable. The system also times out sometimes and makes you re-enter everything. If it fights you, message me instead of guessing.
