Questions

Asked and Answered

If yours is not here, ask now rather than guessing your way through it.

How long does the whole thing take?
Most people are fully live in one to three weeks. The application itself is an afternoon. The waiting is LLR issuing and associating your license, then GGAR processing your membership.
What is the cap, in plain English?
20% of your gross commission goes to eXp until it adds up to $16,000, or roughly $80,000 in commission earned. Everything past that is yours for the rest of your anniversary year.
Why two different bank fields in the application?
One is where eXp deposits money to you (commissions). One is where eXp pulls money from you (dues and fees). They are not interchangeable, and mixing them causes delays.
Do I need Supra?
It is optional on paper at $17 a month. In practice you cannot show most Greenville listings without it. Get it.
Who is my broker-in-charge?
Summer Remmert. Reach Summer at summer.remmert@exprealty.net. Compliance and contract questions go to Summer.
Do I have to list a sponsor?
Yes, and it matters. Use gabrielle.brayton@exprealty.com. If you leave it blank or wrong it is a support ticket to fix later.
Can I do this from anywhere in SC?
Yes. The Greenville office code is 18022 and the brokerage address is 220 N Main St #542, Greenville, SC 29601. eXp is cloud-based, so no desk fee and no floor time.
Something is stuck. What now?
Ask before you guess. Text or email Gabby. I would rather answer twice than have you stuck for a week.
