Three Ways To Get Paid

The Three Lanes Of Income At eXp

Every agent in the eXp Realty ecosystem has access to these three lanes, whether they join through Grind Society or not.

Commissions

Keep more of what you earn. Twenty percent of gross commission goes to eXp until it totals $16,000 in company dollar, or roughly $80,000 in commission earned. Then you keep 100% for the rest of your anniversary year.

80/20

80/20 until the $16,000 cap. Then 100%.

Company dollar to cap$16,000
Capped transaction fee$250 → $75
Monthly cloud brokerage fee$85
One-time start-up fee$149

Revenue Share

Sponsor an agent and earn a slice of company dollar when they close. Revenue share is paid by eXp from its side of the split, never out of your commission. Front-line qualifying agents unlock depth.
